This collection of poems tells the story of a female poet's life that spans approximately twenty years. It's a kind of love letter with an inception of friendship between a ghost like character and herself. This friendship results in discovering and falling in love with his best friend.
About the Author
Brenda Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College with a focus in Creative Writing. She began writing poetry at the age of 15. The life and death of actor River Phoenix profoundly affected Brenda's life as well as her writing career, including her experience of moving from Michigan to California at the age of 18. Along the way she has written poems, songs, music, articles, screenplays, plays, and short stories. Initially a self-taught musician, she has always considered herself a poet. Into the Distance Between Us is her first published poetry book.
