“Classic Jazz Visions – the Photography of Jack Bradley” is an amazing collection of photos by jazz photographer Jack Bradley, best known as Louis Armstrong’s friend and photographer.
Michael Persico has assembled a unique coffee table book, filled with over 90 pages of the NYC and Newport jazz scene from 1959 through the 1980’s. This hard cover book features many images of Louis Armstrong taken by Bradley (courtesy the Louis Armstrong House Museum), as well as others such as Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and more.
These one of a kind portraits capture these artists on stage and at home; many have never been published before.
